Kirsteen is the kindest, friendliest and most creative physio I have ever met. She has the best ideas to make all the 'exercises' fun and interesting. We have known her for years and she always as fresh ideas for us to try. The latest 'lockdown' input from her has been our fabulous Joe Wicks style personalised video for us to use at home. It includes tips for us as parents to get the most out of the exercises for our son who has cerebral palsy and is a full time wheelchairs user. She also has the cutest physio assistant I've ever met too! She will listened to any of your concerns, offers practical advice as well as reassurance. Person centred therapy from a person centred therapist. You can't ask for better.

I could not actually recommend Kirsteen enough. I have twins, who have different levels of cerebral palsy, and Kirsteen has managed to tailor our sessions to both of their needs. Kirsteen has so many different ideas for developing my girls' physical abilities and I have 100 percent confidence in her.
